Senoma Hotel Huacachina — Guest Policies

  1. Prices and Taxes
    All prices are shown in Peruvian Soles (PEN). The listed prices do not include a 10% service charge. Guests who are Peruvian residents or foreigners who have stayed in Peru for more than 59 days must pay an additional 10% IGV tax.
  2. Payment Terms
    Payment in advance may be required before arrival. The hotel accepts only debit or credit card payments.
  3. Traveling with Minors
    Children over 8 years old are allowed only with a parent or guardian’s consent. Valid identification must be presented at check-in. Extra charges may apply.
  4. Parking
    There are parking options around the hotel on nearby streets. However, parking is not secured or monitored by the hotel, and the hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft.
  5. Use of Personal Information
    Guest information is collected and handled according to data protection laws, used only for managing bookings and services. Personal data is not shared without guest consent except as required by law.
  6. Liability
    The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by hotel negligence. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or lockers when available.
  7. Force Majeure
    The hotel is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
  8. Third Party Rights
    This policy benefits only the hotel and the guest; no third parties have enforceable rights under these terms.
  9. Noise and Conduct
    To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that noise levels be kept to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Disruptive behavior, including loud noise, vandalism, harassment, or any actions that disturb other guests or damage hotel property, is strictly prohibited. Guests engaging in such behavior may be asked to leave the hotel without refund.
